Your most important resources are your people

Managing staff is an underappreciated but crucial function of management. Managers need to ensure that they have the right people for the job, but they also need to pay attention to issues such as organising workplace policies. 

The company needs to retain the best talent by providing incentives such as benefits, paid time off and a thorough training program.

Studies show that staff who feel they have a degree of autonomy, are valued and trusted, will perform at their best and make the greatest contributions.
