What is your experience of chatbots?

We all encounter chatbots in different aspects of our lives

How happy are you to be served by a chatbot away from work?
Do you know how happy your learners would be to be served by a chatbot instead of a human being whilst learning?
What factors do you think would influence their satisfaction?

Take a moment to think about chatbots in more detail. It is a technology which is developing rapidly. If you are not keen at present, what improvements would change your mind? or, if you are already keen, what improvements would you like to see?
