Teamwork is an important part of management

You get to be a manager by being good at what you do….

You get to be a good manager by helping others to be good at what they do

And by not trying to do it all yourself!

Now think of your own experiences of work

Have your managers been good at helping you to be good at what you do?

What did they do that made you think they were good (or not) at helping you to be good at what you do?
