About the learning programme
These materials are designed to help you understand the role of a leader.
Leadership is the key to almost every successful organisation. This learning programme is designed to get you started thinking about what makes a good leader. Effective leaders develop their own leadership style. That takes time and experience, but our online learning programme will give you insights to think about and tips to start you on your journey to becoming a great leader.
This learning programme complements our “Introduction to Management” programme. If you’re new to management, we recommend you complete that programme first. You will find some topics overlap but as part of this programme, we will look at topics from the perspective of a leader
By the end, you should be able to demonstrate what you learnt going forward in changes to your behaviours.
To get the most from this learning programme you will need to allow time to complete the activities and to reflect on your own practice, but it is divided into sections so that you can complete it in a number of sessions.
