About this learning programme
These materials are designed to help you improve your capability as a leader.
Leadership is the key to almost every successful organisation. This course is designed for existing leaders who want to improve their leadership to get you started thinking about what makes a good leader. By now, participants should started to develop their own leadership style. This online learning programme will move participants further along on their journey to becoming a truly great leader.
This programme follows on from our “Introduction to Leadership” programme. If you’re new to a leadership role, we recommend you complete that programme first. If you have just completed that programme you may wish to consolidate your experience before undertaking this programme.
To get the most from this programme you will need to allow time to complete the activities and to reflect on your own practice, but it is divided into sections so that you can complete it in a number of sessions.
By the end, you should be able to demonstrate what you learnt going forward in changes to your behaviours. There is also a scenario-based assessment. If you complete this successfully, you can obtain a certificate of completion.
