About the learning programme
This programme is aimed at HR Managers. It is designed to help you understand how AI will impact on your role and how you can use it to improve both your effectiveness and your efficiency. It will introduce you to key AI concepts and techniques and show you how they can be applied in your role. It will also show you the additional requirements and compliance issues you may face once your organisation starts to embrace AI within the HRM function and beyond.
By the end of this learning programme, you will:
- Have a solid understanding of AI and its potential applications in HR
- Recognise the forthcoming trends and innovations in AI for HR over the next decade
- Be able to identify the benefits of leveraging AI in various HR functions
- Understand the challenges and ethical considerations of AI implementation in HR
To get the most from this learning programme, you will need to allow time to complete the activities and to reflect on your own practice, but it is divided into sections so that you can complete it in a number of sessions.
By the end, you should be able to demonstrate what you learnt going forward in changes to your behaviours. There is a scenario-based assessment at the end of the programme. If you complete the programme successfully, you will obtain a certificate of completion.
